Conditions for Returns
Return/Refund/Replacement is accepted by five days from received, based on the following condition.
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to envision if they fit and will, however, be considered unworn.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, guarantee cards, freebies, and add-ons
3. The merchandise must be reelected in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the merchandise was delivered by third-party/agent, it must be delivered in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not place tape or gummed labels on the manufacturer’s box.
4. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to post it back to you.
1. If your merchandise is faulty/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of rescue, please contact us within the applicable return window.
2. Please notice that some products are not eligible for a comeback if the merchandise is “No longer available”
3. For device related issues after usage or the exhalation of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
4. Please observe that certain items noted as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for restitution.

• Sign in to your account, from our website and place your return application, you can send us an e-mail or by the direct telephone call to our team (the Mobile number is usable on the website).
Issuance of Refunds
If your merchandise is eligible for a refund/return/replacement, we will satisfy our commitment by next five days from your diligence. The transportation fee is returned along with the sum of money paid for your returned/replacement/refund product.
If a warrant is put up on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page.
Brand Warranty: This limited guarantee will put on to the merchandise. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. Apnar Jonno will not accept any responsibility for the after-sale inspection and repairs.
Service warranty: Apnar Jonno will take the responsibility to take the product serviced from the marketer or customer may call the vendor directly as easily with the invoice paper to claim the guarantee. Please note if any portion of the product needs to be replaced for repair under this warranty policy, the client will suffer to pay for that portion.
Violations against warranty, including but not limited to, customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, cracked display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with the product manual, and thus along.
